MY SERVICES
Screenwriter in Rome
I live in Rome and I write stories for film and television. If you are looking for a screenwriter in Rome for a film, a series or a short, this is how I work.
What I do
I write loglines, outlines and treatments: an idea becomes a story with a structure, characters and goals.
I also write screenplays in standard format, for film, series and short films. I read and comment on other people's work as an editor, and I write for other forms under creative writing.
What a screenwriter does
A screenwriter's job is to put a story into the shape in which it can be shot.
That means deciding what is seen and what is left out, in what order it is told and how the story gets told. Producers, directors and actors will all have to read it, so it has to be as clear as possible.
How we work together
It starts with a conversation: what the project is, where it stands and when it should be ready. Outline, treatment or screenplay.
From there we set the delivery and the revisions.
In Rome and beyond
I am based in Rome, but I work nationally and internationally, inside and outside Italy.
Don't hesitate to write even if you are somewhere else entirely.
Who I have worked with
Indipendente SRL, Lightless, What The Factory, Molly Bloom.
All of it after a master's degree in cinema, television and multimedia production. A few pages of my work are in the excerpts.
